We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Received 2 months ago, wanted to wait and have some time before reviewing. I am extremely please with this doll. I am a first time buyer and couldn't be happier. Was a little worried about buying it at there are some scam out there. Was also worried about quailty i had read they break easy. All in all no worries doll has held up very well, the joints are very stiff at first you must be carefull not to break them. Once you under stand the movements they lossen up over time but still stay in place very firm!

First. The doll arrived a day early. packaging in good shape. labeled as health care product. I knew unboxing would be a small chore. nicely and safely packaged. Inspection of the doll revealed no damage or blemishes. the oll weighs over 80 pounds nicely realistic. Joints are slightly hard to bend and put into poses but I want that. The doll will be able to keep a pose. I suggest finding youtube videos on how to maneuver the joints properly. do some homework and she will last a very long time. I am extremely pleased with the doll I received.
She's also a really good movie prop or photo prop. Confuse your friends when you show this metal and silicone female more affection then they'll ever get from you.
She is BEAUTIFUL. After a couple of baby oil treatments her skin is like real. I have the tan skin, very sexy color. Sometimes, when I leave the room, I almost get startled when I see someone there. LOL. No kidding.

Ok, after more than a week, WOW!! I dont know hwy some are complaining, this doll is verything and more than what is advertised, I bought a little make up and clothes, she keeps me company and warm at night, smiles!
