Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

At first I was a little put back by the brightness of the color, but after using it, the flashiness suits it. It is hands down the Lamborghini of self-pleasuring devices at an affordable price point. So, this is the first time I'm reviewing a product like this, but for good reason. Oftentimes I find fleshlight-esque toys too much of a bother to be worth using, but this toy is quite the exception. Firstly, it's actually decently sturdy, which is a great thing among toys. The build quality is great and and can't see it breaking any time soon. Secondly and more importantly to me, the suction is strong enough that it practically can be hands-free. Oftentimes holding it there is an effort that isn't worth it to me, but with this product- that's solved!

I bought this for my husband to try and he definitely enjoys it. This toy comes with many options, the texture in the inside is soft and ribbed for pleasure, and although it·s a pretty decent sized toy, it·s quiet for the most part. The build of it is very durable, I think it would take a lot for it to get broken. You definitely have to hold on to it with both hands as it is a bigger size and the stability of it using only one hand is limited. Ultimately it·s a cool toy and one my husband will probably gravitate towards in the bedroom. Definitely worth the money!
