Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

I bought this product as a surprise for my partner and it definitely delivered as expected. The various settings available are a great feature, but I particularly enjoy the telescoping function which keeps me guessing and provides intense sensations. The product is also easy to disassemble for cleaning, and the seams are sturdy enough to last a while.
well this one is just not for me as it is well-made and sturdy, but kind of small, and it jumps around - very difficult to keep it it one place, sort of jerky. Overall it is smaller than most. I say give up on the sucking mode and just focus on thrusting action.

All the reviews are accurate. I have recently started to experiment with various toys and this is now number 1. With all the various settings I would believe there is something for everyone. Easy to clean and with the digital display you can easily tell what setting you are on and go right to it next time.
Gifted men of all legal ages can enjoy this with all its movements and motions, many will explode in happiness from using it. The clean-up and charging are both easy. May need to design one for those men over 9 inches in length and the thicker men.

This arrived in very discreet packing, with the inside being packed really nice and not all thrown together-very organized. This isn’t the first “stroker” toy I have gotten, but I have to say it is my top favorite so far! The only thing I wish it had was a slower option but has plenty of faster motions/options along with the little nubs inside of the sleeve part which will get the job done! This thing is amazing! The auto movement is great and all the settings with the auto thrusting is great. Not to loud and has a good long battery life. Easy sync up with multiple different settings and finish mode that is great when nearing end. Big but not to big that it fits perfect in a split leg dakimakura. Wow!! Definitely took care of business I was skeptical on this product but after using it, it is well worth the money and very sturdy and battery life is very good.
